Jerry "Chuck" Shive, 67, passed away Thursday, May 3, 2012 in Fort Worth. Service: 1:00 P.M. Monday, May 7 at White's Azle Chapel.Visitation: 4 to 6 P.M. Sunday at the funeral home. Chuck was born June 21, 1944 in Fort Worth to Jesse and Ruby Shive.He was a longtime resident of Parker County. Chuck was an avid fisherman and camper. The loves of his life were his wife of 32 years, Dawn, daughters, and grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents. Survivors: wife, Dawn Shive of Hudson Oaks; daughters, Darla Farley and husband, Mark of Weatherford, Tahra White of Keller, and Laura Putnam and husband, William of Ala.; grandchildren, Mariah, Whitney, Loren, Erika, Tommy, Megan and Lexie; brother, Robbie Shive and wife, Lanie of Fort Worth; and many friends and acquaintances.
