Candice Cathleen Parker, 48, passed away Wednesday, April 11, 2012 in Fort Worth with her loving family by her side.
Memorial Service: Noon Thursday at the First Assembly of God Church in Azle.
A Wake will be held at the home following the service.
Candice was born December 27, 1963 in Dallas the daughter of Ronald Rollins and Linda Elaine Lipscomb Hart.
Survivors: Daughter, Christina Anne Parker; son, Jaren Thomas Parker; mother, Linda Hart; brother, Sean Hart and wife, Kim; nephew, Jesse Hart; nieces, Chynna, Hannah, and Sierra Hart.
