Paul Klatt, 90, passed away Thursday, March 15, 2012, at a local nursing facility.Funeral: 10 a.m. Saturday at Grace First Presbyterian Church. Interment: 2 p.m. Saturday in Breckenridge Cemetery. Visitation: 5 to 7 p.m. Friday at White's Funeral Home.Paul Klatt was born July 23, 1921 in Groveton to Mr. and Mrs. G. Klatt. His family moved to Midland, where Paul excelled in high school sports. He attended East Texas State University on a football scholarship. In 1942 Paul joined the US Marine Corp. and served in the South Pacific during World War II. He owned and operated Drive-in-Theatres in several places. Paul moved to Weatherford from Monahans where he owned The Lobo Drive-in-Theatre.Paul is survived by his wife, Martha; and son, Joe Paul Klatt.
