John W. Eib

John W. Eib, Jr., 88, passed away Sunday, March 4, 2012.Graveside: 11:15 a.m., Friday at DFW National Cemetery.John W. Eib, Jr., was born in Marion, Indiana August 11, 1923, son of the late, John and Effie Eib. He was a long time resident of Weatherford. John served his country honorably in the US Army during WWII. One of his favorite past times was watching old WWII movies and he was an avid Solitaire player. The love of John's life was his children and grandchildren.He was preceded in death by two brothers, three sisters and three daughters.Survivors: spouse, Shirley Eib; five daughters, four sons, 20 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; one brother; and numerous friend and acquaintances.
