Carl Olen Ishmael

Carl Olen Ishmael, 86, passed away Monday, January 30, 2012 in Azle. 

Service: 1:00 P.M. Wednesday at The Church at Azle.

 Interment: Azleland Memorial Park. 

Visitation: 6 to 8 P.M. Tuesday, January 31 at White's Azle Funeral Home. 

Carl was born April 17, 1925 in Leedey, Okla. to Stanley and Eureka Steel Ishmael. Carl loved to go to church, being around animals, working in his garden and eating with friends. Carl also enjoyed being with his wife and going to flea markets. He always carried his wife's purse. Carl was a very dedicated worker. He always kissed his wife goodbye. 

Carl was preceded in death by his parents. 

Survivors: wife, Pauline; children, David Ishmael, Janet Brandenburg and Susan Ishmael; brother, Kenneth Ishmael; six grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren; and a host of family and friends.
