Floyd Clark Brown

Clark Brown passed away on Friday, Jan. 13, 2012, in San Antonio at the age of 69. Funeral: Noon Friday, Jan. 20, at White Funeral Home, 130 Houston St., Weatherford, 817-596-4811. Interment: will follow in Aledo-Brown Cemetery in Aledo. A gathering will be held at the home of Donna and Bobby Walton at 208 E. Rentz in Weatherford following the interment. Visitation: The family will receive friends at 6 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at Mission Park Funeral Chapels North, San Antonio. Memorials: In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Humane Society of the United States. Clark was born in Aledo to Floyd and Thelma Brown in December 1942. He graduated from North Texas State University in 1967 with a B.S. in industrial arts. He served four years in the U.S. Air Force and attained the rank of sergeant. Clark was employed by Thad-Ziegler Glass for over 20 years. Survivors: He is survived by his beloved wife, Crystal; daughter, Crissida; brother, Charles Brown; and numerous nieces and nephews.
