Sunday at the funeral home.Charles was born June 2, 1927 in Monroe, LA. to Lange and Lizzie Bell Lipsey. Survivors: ; son, Jeff Lipsey; Special friend, Gloria Thompson and her grandchildren, Blake, Hayden, Kyleigh, Landon and Connor.
