Graveside Service: 11:00 A.M. Monday at Greenwood Cemetery in Fort Worth.

Visitation: 4 to 6 P.M. Sunday at the funeral home.

Charles was born June 2, 1927 in Monroe, LA. to Lange and Lizzie Bell Lipsey.

Survivors: son, Jeff Lipsey; Special friend, Gloria Thompson and her grandchildren, Blake, Hayden, Kyleigh, Landon and Connor.
