V. Richard Adams, 61, passed away Tuesday, October 18, 2011.

Service: 1:00 p.m., Saturday at Highridge Church in Benbrook.

Interment: Private at Aledo-Brown Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to Habitat for Humanity, 3345 S. Jones St, Fort Worth, TX 76110 

V. Richard Adams was born October 17, 1950, the son of Vernon and Evelyn Adams in Fort Worth. He was a long time resident of Aledo. Mr. Adams was a master of many skills, including playing the guitar and carpentry. He had a great interest in motorcycles, pottery, and scuba diving. 

Richard was preceded in death by his parents.

Survivors include his wife of 32 years, Susan Brooks Adams; sons Clayton David Adams and wife, Bethany of Benbrook and Wyatt Woodruff Adams of Fort Worth; and numerous nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
