George Pete Rayborn

Pete Rayborn, 85, passed away, Friday , October 7, 2011 at his home in Weatherford. Services: 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, October 12 at Grace First Presbyterian Church. Entombment to follow at Memory Gardens of the Valley. Visitation: 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, October 11 at White's Funeral Home. Pete was born in Dunde, Texas to George and Beulah Rayborn on March 9, 1926. He dedicated his life to the oil and gas industry. Pete was proud to be a Navy Veteran He was preceded in death by his parents and several brothers and sisters. Survivors: wife, Nadine Rayborn of Weatherford; sons, Rusty Rayborn and wife Cindy of Colleyville, and Johnny Herndon and wife Keri of Canon, CO; daughters, Sandy Oliver and husband Nelson of Mineral Wells, and Pamela Donison and husband Brian of Phoenix, AZ; grandchildren, Justin Hensley, Dallas Rayborn, Whitney Rayborn, Kaley Herndon, Kelli Etinne, Joshua Herndon, Kaleb Herndon, Jonathan Herndon, and Stacie Elliott-Donison; four great grandchildren; sisters, Laverne Riley, and Jo Webb. In lieu of flowers the family request donations to Grace First Presbyterian Church or your favorite charity.
