Shane Weston Cook went to meet his Lord on Saturday, September 17, 2011. Service: 10:30 a.M. Saturday at White's Azle Chapel. Interment: Jaybird Cemetery. Visitation: 6 to 8 P.M. at White's Azle Funeral Home. Shane was born July 28, 1971 in Blackwell, Okla. He was a very young at heart 40 year old. Shane was loved and will be missed by all who knew him. Survivors: Mother, Melba Simpson and her dear friend, Pat Blackstock; son, Weston Cook; sister, Melissa Anderberg and her husband, Bruce and their children, Lisa, Jeremy, Shawnna and Sledge; girlfriend,LaShea Rodden and her children,Devon and Nevaeh; aunt and uncle, Charlene and Bill Cook; and many friends and acquaintances.
