Mason Veyon Milstead

Mason Veyon Milstead, 58, a loving husband, father, PopPop, son and brother passed away Thursday, May 19, 2011 at his home after suffering from a terminal illiness. Funeral Service: 10:00 A.M. Monday, May 23 in White's Azle Chapel, 105 Denver Trail, Azle. Interment: Azleland Memorial Park. Visitation: 2 to 4 P.M. Sunday at White's Azle Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers donations may be made at Compass Bank in the "Mason Milstead Memorial Account" to help with family expenses. Mason was born in Cleburne February 26, 1953, the son of Mary and Norman Milstead. At the age of 15 he started working on cars and every since then it has been his passion. He is preceded in death by his grandparents. Survivors: Loving wife, Carrol Milstead; daughters, Cassie and Amanda Milstead, and Monica Parrott; six grandchildren; parents, Norman and Mary Milstead; and numerous siblings and numerous friends.
