Betty Lou Thomas Clark

Betty Lou Clark, 81, loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother,sister and friend passed away Friday, April 22, 2011. Funeral Service: 2:00 P.M. Tuesday, April 26 at White's Azle Funeral Home. Interment: Azleland Cemetery. Visitation: 6 to 8 P.M. Monday at White's Azle Funeral Home.Betty was born December 28, 1929 in Jacksonville, Florida to Harold W. and Myrtle R. Hopkins Thomas. She was a longtime resident of Boyd, was very active in her church and a true Christian. Betty was an accomplished oil painter. She loved sewing, flowers and especially her family.Betty was preceded in death by her parents; a son; a brother and her husband.Survivors: sons, Frank Clark and wife, Sharlotte of Paradise and James G. Clark (Debra) of Texarkana; sister, Sue Morrison and husband, Leon of Fla; seven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; special friend, Billie Lambert; also numerous friends and acquaintances.
