Leila "Helen" Mackey, 84, loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, great-great grandmother and friend, passed away Wednesday, April 20, 2011, in Fort Worth.Funeral: 11 a.m. Saturday, April 23, 2011 at White's Funeral Home Chapel, 105 Denver Trail, Azle. Interment: Ash Creek Cemetery, Azle.Helen was born January 15, 1927 in Tunis, North Africa. She was a long time resident of Azle and a member of Ash Creek Baptist Church. Helen enjoyed being with family and friends.She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Doyle.Survivors: daughters, Dorothy Lupton, of Decatur and Denise McNeal, of Azle; sons, Larry Mackey and wife, Karen and Ronnie Mackey, all of Azle; nine grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; one great-great grandchild; numerous friends and acquaintances.
