Carol Fawley, 69, a former resident of Wisconsin, passed away Friday, Dec. 17, 2010, in Decatur, Texas.
Memorial service: 1 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 21, 2010 at White's Funeral Chapel, 105 Denver Trail, Azle, Texas 76020.
Carol Jean Fawley was born Dec. 5, 1941, in Rice Lake, Wis., daughter of Robert & Norma Christiansen Galvin.
Carol was preceded in death by a brother, Tommy Edwardson; her father; and step-father, Odin Edwardson.
Survivors: Husband, Richard Fawley; children, Kelley VenBerg, Michael Oryall, Mark Oryall, Amy Rush, and Ryan Fawley; grandchildren, Ashley Zimmerman, Andrew Cloutier, Eddie Cloutier, Erica Smith, Chelsie VenBerg, and Isaiah Rush; great-grandson, Hunter; mother, Norma Sweet; two brothers; two sisters; and a host of loving family and friends.
