Dortha Roberson, 98, passed away Wednesday, Dec. 15, 2010, in Azle. Graveside service: 11 a.m. Friday in Springtown Cemetery. Dortha Roberson was born Jan. 15, 1912, in Parker County daughter of the late James Tipton and Eunice Capps Hotchkins. Dortha was a member of First Baptist Church of Springtown for 75 years. She liked to visit with her friends. Dortha was preceded in death by her grandchild, John David Freeman in 2010; three brothers; son, James Thomas Roberson in 1942. Survivors: Daughter, Mary Freeman and husband, Bill of Springtown; granddaughters, Sarai Souder and husband, Gary of Paradise, Suzanne Freeman of Ingram; great-granddaughter, Ami Wisdom and husband, Bart of Springtown; great-great-grandchildren, Alex Snell; numerous nieces and nephews.
