Kay Lynn Williamson Hughes, 49, beloved mother, grandmother, sister and friend, passed away Saturday, October 30, 2010.Memorial Service: 11 a.m., Wednesday at Cornerstone Community Church, 2233 E. Hwy. 199, SpringtownIn lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Cornerstone Church or a charity of choice.Kay was born June 5, 1961 to Willie Earl and Essie Ruth Williamson in Austin. She was a Class of 1979 graduate from Azle High School. Kay was an avid Nascar fan and loved to play on the computer, especially Facebook. She was a friend to all and was always there when you needed her.Kay was preceded in death by her father.Survivors: sons, Christopher Hughes and wife, Jana of White Settlement and Brandon Hughes of Springtown; daughter, Shawnda Hughes of Crowley; grandchildren, Hailey and Jaime Hughes and Brittany and Auston Christoff; mother, Ruth Williamson; brother, Will Williamson and Walter McGovern; sisters, Jean Anderson and husband, Kerry and Shantell Smith and husband, Kirk, all of Fort Worth; dear friend, Vickie Padgett of Azle; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews of Fort Worth and North Carolina.
