Louise Elizabeth Burgett

Louise Burgett, 88, passed away Sunday, Oct. 3, 2010. Funeral: 2:00 p.m. Wednesday at White's Chapel of Memories. Interment: Memory Gardens of the Valley. Visitation: 5 to 7 p.m., Tuesday at White's Funeral Home. Louise was born November 14, 1921 the daughter of Michael and Virginia Giraldi in Ansonia, Conn. She was a Navy Veteran and a member of TCU Woman's Exs. Louise was a retired school teacher and her students would remember her as Louise Ward. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Quentin; son, Steve Burgett; brothers and sisters, Peter Giraldi, Madeline Semersky, Angelo (Frank) Giraldi and Rose Ann Kunzik. Survivors, Patsy (Nick) Brady of Clovis, NM, Cynthia McDaniel of Texico, John (Cindy) Burgett of Farmington, NM, and Heather (Eric)Burgett-Carr of Azle; eight grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; nieces, Rita "Gooch" (Paul) Segnatelli, Fran (Norm) Wolford, Kathy (Ed) Leery, and Jane (Jamie) Ochman; sister, Philomena Sabetta; and numerous other nieces, nephews and loving friends.
