Geneva Aunee Farris

Geneva Aunee "Nanny" Farris, 85, passed away Monday, May 31, 2010 in Fort Worth. Celebration of Life will be held at 2:00 P.M. Friday at the Lake Worth Fellowship Church. Burial: Annis Chapel Cemetery. Geneva was born April 21, 1925 in Hamilton to Alfred and Callie Gregory Smith. She was a longtime resident of Azle. Geneva was an avid prayer warrior. She enjoyed reading the Bible and being with her family. Geneva was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Marvin Farris; and three brothers. Survivors: sons, Donald Farriss and wife, Cathy of N.C., and David Farris and wife, Deborah of Azle; grandchildren, Jason, Andrew, Kelli, Ben, William and Amber; eight great-grandchildren; and many special friends, one of which is Ruben Reyes.
