James R. Goodwin, 72, passed away Saturday, May 1, 2010 at his home, surrounded by loved ones.
Graveside Service: 10:00 a.m. Thursday, May 6, 2010 at Dallas Fort Worth National Cemetery, 2000 Mountain Creek Pkwy., Dallas.
Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at White's Funeral Home.
James was born June 26, 1937 to Royce and Inez Ethma Vaughn Goodwin in Abilene. He proudly served his country in the United States Air Force.
James was preceded in death by his parents.
Survivors: daughter, Leslie Goodwin and Ed Sitzman of Reno; grandchildren, Clarissa Gonzalez and husband, Argelio of Eastland, Carrie Williams of Austin; great-grandchildren, Brandon Gonzalez and Autumn Gonzalez both of Eastland; former wife, Mary Goodwin of Phoenix, AZ.
