Bobbie Lee Vetter

Bobbie Vetter, 82, beloved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother passed away Monday, April 26, 2010, in Fort Worth. 

Visitation: 6 to 8 P.M. Wednesday, April 28 at White's Azle Funeral Home.

 Bobbie was born June 13, 1927, in Lipan to Kern and Ottie Reed Gafford. The oldest of two daughters. She had lived in Azle for 2 years, having moved from Fort Worth. She loved to cook and take care of her family and dogs. Bobbie worked at Vivian Courtney's Restaurant for 30 years waiting tables. She always kept everybody laughing. 

Bobbie was preceded in death by her husband, George Witherspoon in 2009; her parents; and sister, Peggy Gafford. 

Survivors: daughter, Linda Roderick of Azle; grandchildren, Delyn Doughty and Ryan Witherspoon both of Azle; great-grandchildren, Dakota and Ty Gunter both of Azle; and two nephews.
