Charles Darrell Epps

Charles Darrell Epps, 80, a loving father and grandfather passed away Monday, March 29, 2010 in Fort Worth.

Funeral Service: 1:30 P.M. Thursday, April 1 in White's Azle Chapel, 105 Denver Trail, Azle. 

Interment: Goshen Cemetery, Springtown.

Visitation: 6 to 8 P.M. at White's Azle Funeral Home. 

Charles was born September 6, 1929 in Post Oak to the late Ottis and Della Mae Stark Epps. He was a member of St. Matthew United Methodist Church for many years. 

Charles loved working around the house and in the yard. He enjoyed celebrating birthdays with friends and family. His family was very important to him. 

Charles was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Carol Jean Epps in 2003; and three siblings. 

Survivors: son, Phillip Epps and wife, Toni of Grapevine; daughter, Patrice Epps of Fort Worth; grandchildren, Rebecca Epps, John Epps, Rachel Sparger and husband, Tommy; great-grandchildren, David and Christian Sparger; niece, Barbara Akers; brothers-in-law, Maurice Sims and Owen Avants and a host of loving friends and family.
