Joan was a member of the Eastern Star and was a Baptist. She worked in the health care field as an LVN.Survivors: husband, Ed Gann; father, William Carter, Jr.; children, Chris Perdue and wife, Cameron, Kelly Bach and husband, Travis, Krystal Perdue and Nicholas Perdue; step-daughters, Nickole Gann and husband, Steve and Leslye Gann; sister, Dawn; 13 grandchildren.
