Mary Francis Luther

Mary Francis Luther, 69, passed away Thursday, December 10, 2009. Funeral: 10:00 a.m., Tuesday at White's Chapel of Memories. Interment: Greenwood Community Cemetery. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m., Monday at White's Funeral Home. Mary was born March 26, 1940, daughter of L.C. Reese and Edna Reese Moore in Winfield. She was raised by John and Edna Moore. Mrs. Luther was a long time resident of Weatherford. Mary was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother and a devout Christian. She loved to cook, travel and spending time with her grandchildren. Mary was preceded in death by her father, John. Survivors: husband Melvin Luther; daughters, Darlene Luther, Karen Robinson and husband, Lee, Johnnie Nixon and husband, Jack; mother, Edna Moore; grandchildren, Ryan and Brandon Robinson, Jordan and John Nixon.
