He was the infant son of Carrie Headley and husband, Clayton Ford.Madden is survived by his loving parents, Carrie Headley and Clayton Ford; sister, Morgan Williams; brother, Gavyn Ford; grandparents, Richard and Lora Beeman, Lee Smith and Debbie Ford, Kirk and Patti Wright; great-grandmother, Dora Headley.
