Madden softly entered our world on October 10, 2009. He was the infant son of Carrie Headley and husband, Clayton Ford.
Madden is survived by his loving parents, Carrie Headley and Clayton Ford; sister, Morgan Williams; brother, Gavyn Ford; grandparents, Richard and Lora Beeman, Lee Smith and Debbie Ford, Kirk and Patti Wright; great-grandmother, Dora Headley.
