Alvoid "Al" Sisk, 62, a loving husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather, passed away Friday, June 12, 2009. Services: 10:00 a.m., Tuesday at Annis Chapel Baptist Church. Interment: Annis Chapel Cemetery. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m., Monday at White's Springtown Funeral Home. Alvoid Sisk was born September 2, 1946 in Reno, the son of Ernest and Ella Mae Sisk. He was a man of unconditional love. Al loved to work, fish, and play marbles, cards and dominoes with his family and friends. He was preceded in death by his wife, Sharon Sisk; his parents; and sister, Sara Sisk. Survivors: wife, Patti Sisk of Paradise; children, Jr. Sisk and wife, Charlotte of Saginaw, LaVeda McElhannon and husband, Sandy of Azle; step-daughter, Annie Mae Wilhite of Paradise; brothers, Lloyd, Vernon and Roy Sisk; grandchildren, Derrick McElhannon, Amanda Clay, Chris Sisk, and Brady Sisk; four great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
