Pauline Sharpe, 90, passed away Sunday, June 7, 2009 in Fort Worth. Services: 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, June 10, at White's Chapel of Memories. Interment: East Greenwood Cemetery. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at White's Weatherford Funeral Home.In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations may be made to the Bethel United Methodist Church in Fort Worth. Pauline Sharpe was born March 1, 1919 in Peaster. She was married to Howard Sharpe for 51 years; widowed in 1986. Pauline loved sports, especially the Cowboys, Texas Rangers, and Texas Tech Football. She also loved her great-grandchildren's sports activities, school activities and dancing. Other hobbies Pauline enjoyed were sewing and crocheting, and she was active in water aerobics for many years. She was a charter member of Bethel Methodist and loved her church and her many friends at the church. Survivors include three children, James and wife, Barbara of Fort Worth, Charles of Farmington, New Mexico, and Rita Evans and husband, Tim of Fort Worth; six grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
