Mary Frances Robinson Cooper, 87, passed away Saturday, May 23 at the Alamo Heart Hospital. Mary was born April 26, 1922 in Springtown, Texas the daughter of the late, Clark Brady and Alma Irene Burgess Robinson. After retiring from many working years as a housewife and civil servant, and believing that education is a life-long endeavor, Mary completed the college program she began in 1940 receiving her degree from Texas Wesleyan University in December 1998. Mary was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Robert E. Cooper; and her parents. Survivors: son, Brady Cooper and wife, Diane; grandchildren, Eric Cooper and wife, Dana, Lindsey Wiedemann and husband, Matt, Shane Cooper and wife, Beth; great-grandchildren, Riley Kate Wiedemann and Sara Beth Cooper, and Jaden Wiedemann. Funeral: 10 a.m. Thursday at White's Chapel of Memories in Weatherford. Mary will be laid to rest in Mead, Okla. The family will receive friends 6 to 8 pm Wednesday at the funeral home.
