Bette Elizabeth Tillery

Bette "Elizabeth" Tillery went home to be with the Lord on Friday, May 22, 2009 in a Ft. Worth Hospital.Funeral will be at 10:00 am Tuesday, May 26, at Lakeshore Drive Baptist Church. Burial will follow in Bethel Cemetery.Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Monday at White's Funeral Home. Memorials: The family requests donations be made to Lakeshore Drive Baptist Church Building Fund, Lakeshore Drive Baptist Church, 200 South Lakeshore Drive, Weatherford, TX 76087.Elizabeth was born April 22, 1937 to Joseph Edward and Annie Allen Lambert in the Panhandle. She married Frank LeRoy Tillery February 12, 1960. LeRoy Graduated from Texas Tech in 1961. They lived in Albuquerque, Olney, Amarillo and Big Spring before moving to Weatherford in 1988. LeRoy and Elizabeth are Rosarians and she loved working side by side with LeRoy caring for their beautiful garden, and homemaking. She loved her Lord, her church, her friends and her family dearly and was a very compassionate, giving and beautiful lady.She was preceded in death by her father, Joseph Edgar Lambert and her brother, Tommy Lambert. Survivors are husband of 49 years, LeRoy Tillery of Weatherford; son, Stephen Tillery and wife Paige of Amarillo; daughter, LeAnn Tillery of Frisco; grandchildren, Paden and Amber Tillery of Amarillo; mother, Annie Lambert of Weatherford, sister-in-law, Opal Lambert of Pace, FL; and many other relatives and friends.
