Estelle Reed

Estelle Reed, 88, loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother passed away Tuesday, April 28, 2009 in Azle. Service: 12:00 Noon Friday, May 1, 2009 in White's Azle Chapel. Interment: Ash Creek Cemetery. Visitation: 6 to 8 P.M. Thursday at White's Azle Funeral Home. Estelle was born March 17, 1921 in Wade, Okla to Robert and Leona Bedwell. She was a resident of Azle for over 50 years. Estelle loved her family and was always there and ready to help them. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Azle. Estelle was preceded in death by her husband, W. B. Reed in 1974; daughter and son-in-law, Linda Moyer and husband, Melvin; daughter, Sylvia Ledbetter and granddaughter, Deborah Ledbetter. Survivors: son, Bill Reed and wife, Mollie of Azle; sister, Faye Bartholomew; son-in-law, Don Ledbetter; grandchildren, Theron Corley, Deidra Sherwood, Brian Moyer, Denise McKinstry, Les Ledbetter, Angela Thomas, Will Reed and Lauren George; 13 great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren.
