Betsy Marshall

Betsy Marshall, 83, passed away Sunday, April 19, 2009 in Azle.Graveside Service: 10:00 A.M. Wednesday, April 22 in Oakwood Cemetery in Fort Worth. Betsy Olivette Bell was born March 9, 1926 in Alexandria, LA. to Hubert Harold and Jewel McGraw Bell. She married Robert William Marshall June 3, 1949. Betsy was greeted in Heaven by her husband, Robert Marshall and daughter, Gayle Maria Marshall Harris. She retired from General Dynamics and did volunteer work for the people of Azle. Betsy was a member of the Ash Creek Baptist Church. She enjoyed being with people and helping others. Betsy will be missed greatly by special friends, Linda Whitacker and Alvin Stivers. Survivors: daughter, Ann Marshall Vaughn and husband, David; son, Robert W. Marshall, Jr. and wife, Christy; son-in-law, Doyle Harris; grandchildren, Kelli Kai Harris Rico, Holli Kai Harris Vaughan, Mariah Jo Vaughn Byars and Tanner Marshall Vaughn; great-grandchildren, Sterling Vaughan, Savannah and Madison Rico, Kellan and Merrick Byars.
