SPRINGTOWN -- Judy Crosby, 61, passed away Thursday, April 2, 2009. Funeral: 2 p.m. Monday at Agnes Baptist Church. Burial: Azleland Memorial Park. Visitation: 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday at White's Funeral Home. Memorials: In lieu of flowers, donations should be made to Agnes Baptist Church, 350 Agnes North, Springtown, Texas 76082. Judy Gail Crosby was born Feb. 11, 1948, in Talledega County, Ala., daughter of William Jefferson and Maybelle Gaither May. She lived in Texas most of her life and in the Springtown area since 1992. She was a woman of many talents but loved gardening and bird watching. Judy was married to Wayne for 17 years and was a member of Agnes Baptist Church. Judy was preceded in death by her father, William Jefferson May. Survivors: Husband, Wayne Crosby of Springtown; sons, Michael Broussard and wife, Tracy, of Keller, Brian Armstrong of Agnes; four step-sons; grandchildren, Kadin, Avery and Anthony Broussard and Justin Armstrong; seven step-grandchildren; sisters, Christine Henderson and husband, John Lewis, of Olney and Linda Chapel of Fort Worth; brothers, Robert Wayne May and wife, Barbara, of Waco, William Jefferson May Jr.,and Terry Lawrence May and wife, Deanna; mother, Maybelle May all of Talledega, Ala.; mother-in-law, Jewel Crosby of Fort Worth; and numerous nieces and nephews and a host of loving friends.
