Viola Mae Mansell

SPRINGTOWN -- Viola "Maw" Mansell, 89, a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, passed away Monday, March 30, 2009. Funeral: 2 p.m. Thursday at White's Funeral Home, 401 N. Main St., Springtown. Interment: Pleasant Grove Cemetery #2, Keeter Road, Boyd. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at White's Funeral Home. Viola was born June 1, 1919, in Gunter to Charlie and Bammie Bennett. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charlie S. Mansell, on April 13, 1973; parents; seven brothers; and one sister. Survivors: Sons, Guy Anthony Mansell and wife, Audrey, of Millsap, Larry Don Mansell and wife, Marie, of Poolville, Grady Shurl Mansell of Springtown, Harmon Steven Mansell and wife, Tracy, of Weatherford and Charlie Shelby Mansell of Poolville; daughters, Bammie Lavada Cooper and husband, Wade, of Joshua and Neta Jane O'Leary and husband, James, of Weatherford; 19 grandchildren; 33 great-grandchildren; two brothers; and five sisters.
