Tommy Lynn Reed, 18, our beloved son and brother, took his final ride on Friday, March 6, 2009, in Fort Worth. Funeral: 11 a.m. Thursday at Willow Park Baptist Church, 129 S Ranch House Rd, Aledo. Burial: Aledo-Brown Cemetery. Visitation: 6 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at White's Funeral Home, 130 Houston Ave., Weatherford. Memorials: In lieu of usual remembrances, the Reed family suggests donations in Tommy's name to the Tommy Reed Fund at Weatherford National Bank, 505 Farm Road 1187, Aledo. Tommy grew up in the Aledo community playing baseball from little league through high school. He loved riding motorcycles and driving fast cars but he will be remembered the most for his tender heart and beautiful smile. He will be greeted in Heaven by his "Papa", Thomas H. Reed. Survivors: His heartbroken parents, Terry and Rhonda Reed; his "little" big sister, Lacey Reed; grandparents, Reginald and Margaret Yamane, and June Reed; numerous uncles, aunts, nieces and nephews, friends, his "Brothers for Life"; and the love of his life, Alyssa, all of whom hold a special place in his heart.
