Barbara Moore Page, 83, passed away Saturday, February 27, 2010 in Weatherford. Funeral services will be at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, March 3, 2010 at North Main Church of God, with interment following at East Greenwood Cemetery. Services will be conducted by Reverend Ted Gray. Visitation is 6-8 Tuesday, March 2, 2010 at White's Funeral Home. Barbara was born June 12, 1926 to parents William G. Sr. and Annie Pickens Moore. She was preceded in death by husband, Jack C. Page; grandson, Kevin Page; and sister, Louise Williams. Barbara was a long-time member of the North Main Church of God where she served as secretary for many years. She was a tremendously gifted secretary. One of her nicknames was "the fastest fingers in the west" because of her typing abilities. Barbara was always a gracious lady who really cared about others. She frequently brought smiles to the faces of those who knew her with her quick wit and upbeat personality. She will be greatly missed, but she is at home now with her Lord and Savior and those who have gone on before her. Survivors: son, William E. Page and wife, Maxine of Vero Beach, FL; daughter, Jackie Page of Weatherford; brothers, William G. Moore Jr. of Franklin, TN, Ira Joel Moore of El Cajon, CA, Samuel D. Moore and wife, Mary of Plano, and Kenneth L. Moore of Duncanville; grandsons, Jeremy Page of Vero Beach, FL, Christopher Page and wife, Michelle of Westminster, CO; and many other loved ones and friends.
