Etta Marie Monk, 75, went to be with the Lord on January 18, 2009. Funeral Service: 2:00 P.M. Friday, January 23 in White's Azle Chapel. Interment: Azleland Cemetery. Visitation: 6 to 8 P.M. Thursday at White's Azle Funeral Home. Etta Marie was born March 29, 1933 in Blum to John Andrew and Eula Odella Burch. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband,Johnny Monk and sister, Ruth Gordon. Survivors: children, Carolyn Traywick and partner, Melony Dickard, Pam Thompson and husband, Terry, Donna Allen and husband, Jim, Richard Monk and wife, Linda; grandchildren, Kim and husband Trey, Tamara and husband, Daniel, Corey and wife, Shelly, Trae and wife, Misti, Wendi and husband, Trae, Aaron, Kit, Clay and Krissy; 13 great-grandchildren; sisters, Ruby Steel, Dolores Burch; brothers, Michael Burch and wife, Karen, Jackie Burch; and a host of nieces, nephews and loving friends.
