Minnie Mae Tucker,77, passed away Thursday, January 15, 2009 in Azle. Funeral Service: 2:00 P.M. Monday, Jan. 19 in White's Azle Chapel. Interment: Azleland Cemetery. Visitation: 6 to 8 P.M. Sunday at White's Azle Funeral Home. Minnie Mae was born December 9, 1931 in Talaqua, Oklahoma to Charlie and Dorothea Hammons. She was a longtime resident of Azle. Minnie was an avid fisherman and loved her flowers and birds. She was preceded in death by her parents; and husband, Bob; three brothers; and one sister. Survivors: daughters, Debby Frierson and husband, Dan, and Carrol Keener all of Azle; sons, Billy Tucker and wife, Lori of Keller and Chad Tucker of Azle; brother, Billy Hammons and wife, Candy of Agnes; 10 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and numerous friends and acquaintances.
