Tanya Beth Durant, 52, passed away Thursday, Dec. 18, 2008.
Funeral: 2 p.m. Monday in White's Chapel of Memories in Weatherford.
Interment: Tin Top Cemetery.
Visitation: 3 to 5 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
Tanya was born Sept. 25, 1956, in Mississippi, the daughter of H.C. and Mattie Lou Dorrough. She grew up in Smithfield and graduated from Richland Hill High School. Tanya was a graduate of the TCU School of Nursing. She was a very loving mother and wife, always taking great care of her family.
Tanya was preceded in death by her parents; and brother, Jerry Dorrough.
Survivors: Husband, Cody Durant Jr.; children, Justin Durant, Clinton Engle, Eli Engle and Shasha Engle; brother, Keith Dorrough; sisters, Suretha McCain and Penny McClure; brothers-in-law, Lee Durant and wife, Lisa, and John Durant and wife, Jennifer; and several nieces and nephews.
