Leah Janeen Boehm, 30, passed away Tuesday, October 28, 2008. Graveside Service: 11:00 A.M. Monday, November 3 in Azleland Cemetery.Leah was born January 19, 1978 in Phoenix, Arizona to John and Deana Tally. She was a longtime resident of Azle. Leah was an avid horseback rider, loved her garden and making bead jewelry. Survivors: husband, James Boehm of Azle; daughter, Kati Vess; brother, Tanner Tally; parents, John and Donna Tally of Stephenville; and numerous other family and friends.
