Jo Ann Baker, 69, passed away Friday, October 24, 2008 at her home in Azle, Texas. Memorial Service: 11:00 A.M. Friday, October 31, 2004 in White's Azle Chapel. Jo Ann was born October 28, 1938 in Sayre, Oklahoma. She was a longtime resident of Azle, Texas. Jo Ann loved to go to garage sales and do crafts. She was preceded in death by her parents, a sister and a brother. Survivors: husband, W.B. Baker of Azle; brother, John Maxwell of California; sister, Joyce Disheroon of Oklahoma; also survived by numerous friends and other family members.
