D.V. Klein

D.V. Klein Jr. passed away Thursday, Aug. 28, 2008, in Fort Worth. Service: 10 a.m. Saturday in White's Springtown Chapel. Interment: Springtown Cemetery. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at White's Funeral Home in Springtown. D.V. was born Sept. 23, 1935, in Springtown to the late D.V. Klein Sr. and Lera Boren Klein. He attended Weatherford and Denton colleges. D.V. retired after 30 years of service in the United States Navy. After his retirement, he worked for Dynell Electronics for six years. D.V. was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Jimmy Klein. The family wishes to express special thanks to the nurses and staff of The Courtyards at Fort Worth. Survivors: Sisters, Eva Lee Pyle and husband, Dwight, of Springtown and Susie Stewart and Wayne Darsey of Benbrook; nephews, Marty Pyle, Ned Pyle and Shawn Stewart; niece, Angela Bollman; two great-nieces; three great-nephews; several cousins; and friends.
