Linda Diane Oaks

Linda Diane Oaks, 59, passed away Tuesday, July 1, 2008 in Azle. Memorial Service: 2:00 P.M. Monday in White's Azle Chapel.Linda was born June 5, 1949 in Longview to Ike and Lois May.She was a longtime resident of Azle. She loved her logic problems and crossword puzzles. Diane was an avid gardener and loved her animals. She was preceded in death by her parents, a son, Jeffery Davis and two brothers.Survivors: daughters, Laura Sands and husband, Michael of Lakeside, Tammy Howard and husband, Derrick of Azle and Amanda McDonald of Mo.; sisters, Nancy Chaney of Azle and Patsy Holliday of AL; brothers, Gene May and Perry May of Ore City; 8 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren and numerous friends and acquaintances.
