Ruby Deania McGill

Ruby Deania McGill, 72, passed away Thursday, June 12, 2008 in Fort Worth. Service: 4:00 P.M. Saturday, June 14 at Ash Creek Baptist Church, Azle. Visitation: 6 to 8 P.M. Friday at White's Azle Funeral Home. Deania was born April 7, 1936. She dearly loved watching her children and grandchildren play sports. Deania had been the President of PTA when her children were in school. She was a mother and "grandma" to many children other than her own. Deania was preceded in death by her parents. Survivors: sons, Larry McGill and wife, Katya of Duluth, Ga., Tom McGill of Azle; daughters, Tawana Weaver and husband, Dale of Justin, Terri Tarter of Azle and Kim Carpenter and husband, John of Azle; 10 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren and a host of family and friends.
