Cathy Lynn Gaines Shaffer

Cathy Lynn Gaines Shaffer, 52, a loving mother, grandmother and sister passed away Friday, May 9, 2008 in Fort Worth with her family by her side.

 Funeral Service: 11:00 A.M. Tuesday, May 13 in White's Azle Chapel. 

Burial: Bluebonnet Hills Cemetery. 

Visitation: 6 to 8 P.M. Monday at White's Azle Funeral Home. 

Memorials: In lieu of flowers you may make a donations in her name to the American Cancer Society.

 Cathy was born April 20, 1956 to Arthur and Martha Williams Gaines in Petersburg, VA. She collected angels, carousels and loved hot air balloons.

 Survivors; sons, Samuel Russell Tandy of Burleson, Eric Paul Shaffer of Fort Worth; grandson, Anthony Byron Tandy; brother, Roy Gaines of Springtown; sister, Ginger Thomas of Azle; and two nieces and a nephew; and numerous other family members.
