Billie Jean Chilcutt, 81, passed away Sunday, Jan. 13, 2008, at her residence. Funeral: 11:00 a.m., Friday, Jan. 18, at White's Springtown Chapel. Burial: Springtown Cemetery. Visitation: 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Billie Jean Blackburn was born the daughter of the late Ellis and Audie Blackburn, August 29, 1926 in Carter. She graduated from Weatherford High School in 1943. Mrs. Chilcutt worked as a display specialist for such companies as The Fair and Montgomery Wards. She married James Henry Chilcutt March 17, 1946. Mrs. Chilcutt was preceded in death by her parents; husband James Henry on February 20, 2001; and brother, Richard Blackburn. Survivors: daughters, Corlisa Cunningham of Killeen, Jimmie Sue Siebold and husband, Jim, of Winter Park, FL; granddaughters, Chris Ann Ferguson and husband, Bill of Ft. Knox, KY, Kara-Leigh Dockery and husband, John of London, England; great-granddaughters, Emily Ann and Katelynn Ferguson; sisters, Linda Vick and husband, Mayo of Ft. Worth, Jacquline Herring of Bertram; and brother, Dr. Floyd Blackburn of Dumas.
