Muriel Beatrice Johnson

Muriel Johnson, 85, went to be with the Lord, Tuesday, October 2, 2007 in Azle. 

Funeral Services will be held 10:00 a.m., Friday at White's Funeral Home.

Burial will be 2:00 p.m., Friday at Cisco Cemetery.

 Visitation is 7 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.

Mrs. Johnson was born in Farmer's Branch. She was a longtime resident of Springtown. Muriel, known as "Nannie" by all who knew her, cherished spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was an avid gardener and crocheter. 

Mrs. Johnson was preceded in death by her parents; and husband, James.

Survivors include her son, James Johnson and wife, Bobbie of Springtown; daughter, Brenda Estill and husband, Pat of Ft. Worth; four grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and a host of friends and acquaintances.
