Juanice Latham

Juanice Latham, a life long resident of Springtown, passed away Saturday, September 15, 2007.Alma Juanice Williams was born Feb. 6, 1923 in Boyd, Texas, daughter of the late James Robert and Estel Drennan Williams. Juanice asked little of others but gave so much of herself. She kept a strong bond with her family and was also a loving friend and loyal neighbor. Juanice was a faithful member of the Springtown Church of Christ for 72 years. Her hobbies included sewing, canning, and traveling.Juanice was preceded in death by her husband, Jake Latham and son, Jerry.She is survived by her daughter, Jannay Malone and husband, Mike of Van Alstyne; daughter-in-law, Judy Latham Conover of Burleson; three grandchildren, Amy Reed, Toby Malone, Mandy Sharp; three great grandchildren, Colby, Shelby, and Kylie; and a host of loving friends and acquaintances. Funeral services are scheduled 2 p.m. Monday, September 17, 2007 at White's Springtown Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in the Springtown Cemetery, Springtown. The family will receive guests 3 to 5 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
