Jimmy Ruel Self

Jimmy "Boog" Ruel Self, Jr. 48, passed away Thursday, July 19, 2007 in Ft. Worth. Memorial Service will be 11:00 a.m. Tuesday at Hilltop Family Church.Jimmy was born on November 21, 1958, in Anaheim, California the son of Jimmy R., Sr. and Mildred Reid Self. He was a long-time resident of Springtown. Jimmy was a master carpenter, an accomplished calf and team roper, and loved to fish. He was preceded in death by his father; and one brother.Survivors include, son, Billy Self of Tioga; mother, Mildred Montgomery of Springtown; sisters, Lynnie Self of Riverside, Calif., Denise Anaya of Victorville, Calif.; nephews, Chris Self, Ray Horton, Jr., Tanner Self, Blake Curry, Keegan Duggan, Mason Horton, Austin Edwards, Cody Edwards; nieces, Cherish Horton, Mykelin Barker, Emilee Anaya, Bailey Curry; step- sister, Sandra Edwards; and numerous friends and acquaintances.
