Mike Dusek, 45, departed this life to join his Heavenly Father on Saturday, June 23, 2007.Funeral: 10:00 A.M. Wednesday, June 27, 2007 in White's Azle Chapel. Burial: Azleland Cemetery. Visitation: Tuesday 6 to 8 P.M. at White's Azle Funeral Home. Mike entered this life on May 31, 1962 to beloved parents Bill and Cynthia Dusek. He lived out his days with a servant's heart, always striving to help those in need. Mike is survived by many who loved him: parents, Bill and Cynthia Dusek of Azle; son, Chance Dusek and wife, Courtney of Weatherford; grandson, Creed Dusek; sister, Teresa Mobley of Fort Worth; brother, Troy Dusek and wife, Christy of Azle; numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
