Mary Jo Schmidt

GRANBURY -- Mary Jo Schmidt, 78, a loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother, died Friday, June 22, 2007 in Weatherford. Mary Jo Lawrence Schmidt was born Oct. 20, 1928 in Fort Worth, the daughter of the late Leon Herschel and Clemy Elizabeth Watson Lawrence. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, whom were her life. She was a resident of Granbury for 29 years. Survivors: Daughters, Jan Lee and husband, Wayne, of Gainesville, Debbie Norris and husband, John, of Fort Worth, Raye Dobias and husband, Terry, of Weatherford; granddaughter, Kara Glass and husband, Michael, of Glen Rose; grandsons, Cody Pickett of Granbury, Shawn Lee and wife, Dixie, of Gainesville, Ronnie Lee and wife, Heather, of Sherman, Chris Dobias of Weatherford; great-grandchildren, Christian, Nicole, Dyllan, Justin, Bailey, Erica, Blake, and Kylee; sisters, Beverly Reddel and husband, Bobby, of California, June Fleming and husband, Bob, of Oregon, Judy Martin and husband, Jan, of Midlothian; and brother, Donnie Lawrence of Weatherford.
