Wanda F. Williams, 67, passed away Saturday, April 14, 2007. Wanda was born August 13, 1939 the daughter of W. D. and Lillian L. Miles Isaacs in Jacksboro, Texas. She was preceded in death by her parents. Survivors: Husband, Donald; three daughters, Cindy Huizar and husband, Hector, Diane Grubb and husband, Billy, Renee Riggs; one son, Ricky Isaacs and wife Martha; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and four brothers.
